2. Prohibited Content
You agree NOT to generate, upload, or create content that:
- Infringes intellectual property: Violates copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights of third parties
- Depicts real individuals: Contains realistic representations of real people without their explicit consent
- Is sexually explicit: Contains pornographic, sexually suggestive, or adult content
- Is violent or gory: Depicts excessive violence, gore, or graphic content
- Promotes hate speech: Discriminates against or harasses individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, etc.
- Is illegal: Promotes, encourages, or facilitates illegal activities
- Is deceptive: Creates fake news, deepfakes, or misleading content intended to deceive
- Contains malware: Introduces viruses, malware, or other harmful code
3. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to:
- Upload unauthorized audio: Use music, samples, or audio content you don't have rights to synchronize or monetize
- Automated use: Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to access the service without permission
- Resell the service: Resell, sublicense, or provide access to Audioviz to third parties
- Reverse engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the underlying technology
- Probe for vulnerabilities: Attempt to discover security vulnerabilities or bypass protections
- Interfere with service: Disrupt, overload, or impair the Audioviz service or infrastructure
- Circumvent limits: Bypass subscription limits, quotas, or usage restrictions
- Create spam content: Generate content en masse for spam or irrelevant purposes
4. Copyright and Licensing
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have licensed rights to all audio content you upload
- You have the necessary rights to create synchronized videos with the uploaded content
- You will not upload content that infringes on third-party copyrights
- Generated videos comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Youth Safety
Audioviz does not permit the creation of content that targets or exploits minors in any way. Any content that could be construed as harmful to children is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.
6. Content Moderation
Audioviz employs a multi-layer content moderation system to ensure platform safety:
- Input Filtering: All user prompts and uploads are scanned via Prompt Sift API before processing
- Output Filtering: Generated videos are reviewed before being presented to users
- User Reports: Community reporting triggers manual review of flagged content
- Prohibited Content Detection: Automated detection of CSAM, deepfakes, and copyright-infringing content
7. Content Severity Levels
We classify violations into the following severity levels:
L1 - Severe (Zero Tolerance)
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), terrorism content, weapons of mass destruction instructions. Actions: Immediate account termination + law enforcement report.
Response: Content removed within 2 hours, account banned permanently.
L2 - High Risk
Non-consensual deepfakes, hate speech, graphic violence. Actions: Content removed, account suspended pending review.
Response: Initial response within 24 hours, resolution within 3 business days.
L3 - Medium Risk
Copyright-infringing content, spam, misleading AI content claims. Actions: Content removed, warning issued.
Response: Initial response within 3 business days, resolution within 7 days.
L4 - Low Risk
Minor guideline violations, accidental policy breaches. Actions: Warning, requirement to modify content.
Response: Initial response within 5 business days, resolution within 15 days.
8. Appeals
If you believe your content was incorrectly flagged or your account was wrongly suspended, you may appeal:
Appeals are reviewed by an independent moderator not involved in the original decision. We aim to respond within 10 business days.
9. Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- Review content: Monitor and review content created using the service
- Remove content: Remove or disable access to content that violates this policy
- Suspend accounts: Temporarily or permanently suspend accounts that violate this policy
- Report violations: Report illegal content to relevant authorities
- Cooperation: Cooperate with legal requests from law enforcement or court orders

If you discover content that violates this policy, please report it immediately:

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of Audioviz after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
